You can order something, say it broke, then ship back a brick, and PayPal will give you your money back. Paypal has gotten real bad since ebay took it over. It is pretty sad.

Just get the paypal debit mastercard. That way you get 1.5 percent cash back, and they dont check your age so the "kiddies" can get one before 18.

None - it's just a debit card that can be used wherever MC is accepted. It draws straight out of your paypal balance. Been using it since i was 16.

that woudl mean i would have to keep more then 50$ in my paypal account

You get charged around 3 percent for each payment recieved, regardless of if it's a credit card or not. Also, your limit of $1000 in transactions per month is removed.
