I lost it when they did the whole Buck Rogers opening titles sequence when Cartman gets frozen, right down to the musical score...I was waiting for a title to flash on the screen saying "Eric Cartman in the 25th Century" or something like that.
Once again they manage to link tons of arbitrary pop references to political debate...would love to have been a fly on the wall in the room when Parker & Stone linked Nintendo Wii to Evolution.
And the Mrs. Garrison sex scene...more disturbing then the puppet sex scene in Team America.
Oh, and the whole plot line where the population of earth gets rid of religion, but then wars with one another over science...friggin brilliant..."oh my science"...HA
I love when they do two parters, and this one has all the elements of a classic episode...the slow build up of seemingly random events that culminate in total absurdity...a failed Cartman plot...and the return of Professor Chaos!!!
Almost forgot...they snuck in a Battlestar Galactica reference too...you can clearly hear the Cylon piano theme when Mrs. Garrison is in bed at the end talking about getting rid of religion forever.
