PSA: it's "CliffsNotes" not "Cliff Notes"

Well if you want to be anal, it is "CliffsNotes" not "Cliffs Notes"! In 99% of the places, they do not use a space. Check the website for proof. Edit: jjones (see a few posts below) found one space on the website.

CliffsNotes: if you rant, you better make sure you are correct.

Actually, to be really anal, yes, they do use a space.

Get to know the original Cliffs Notes study guides that help you get the most out of literature.

But it's probably a typo. 😉😛

CliffsNotes: Check for typos. 😀

Correction noted and edited above. They do have a space in that sentence. But the vast majority of places on that website (including the sentence before the sentence you quoted) don't use the space.

And good Canadian's will say, "Coles Notes"

According to the company's Website, Cliffs Notes founder Clifton Hillegas created the notes to increase literary knowledge, not impede it.

Hillegas founded the company in 1958 when he was an employee of the Nebraska Book Co., after learning of a successful outfit in Canada called Coles Notes, which was selling literary guides similar to Cliffs Notes.
