PSA: If you are getting passed in your car on the right side, GET THE FACK OVER!

After driving to work today on I95 it hit me (again, since I think this every day) how many morons on the road do not know 2 simple rules of the road. And since there are so many people on this forum, some of you are the morons who do not know these simple rules whic are as follows.

1. If you are driving and are constantly getting passed on the right side of your car, GET THE FUCK OVER!
2. If you are driving in the left lane and all of a sudden there is a line of cars on your bumper, GET THE FUCK OVER!
2.1 If you are driving in the left lane and all of a sudden there is a line of cars on your bumper, BUT you are passing cars to the right of you, it is okay to stay in the left lane with people on your bumper until you have passed all of the cars in the right lane, but once you have passed all cars to the right of you, GET THE FUCK OVER!

You morons who do not know these rules and don't follow them, no need to thank me, as this is a public service announcement.

I always give people ample time to get into the right lane if I pull up behind them.

If they don't get the message, I pass them on the right, cut them off as I come back over, then lay on the brakes.

Actually, in most states, it's against the law to drive in the left lane unless you are actively passing someone.

Some of you commute daily? Learn to relax. I nearly get run off the road 2 times a day and run into all sorts of idiots. If I was as hell bent as you to prove a point. I'd go through a set of brakes a week and probably have a heart attack and die from the stress.

I know the feeling after driving to school and to work in Baltimore (using 95) for 6 years

We've moved from Columbia to Glen Burnie within the last year, and now we take 295 straight to Baltimore. I have to say it's a much more pleasant drive and I rarely encounter any traffic.

It's more stress relief than stressful...usually the fucknut that was thinking he was 'policing' the traffic is the one that gets all bent out of shape.

If people yielded to the right I am willing to bet half the road expansions could be avoided.

Maybe we can come up with a grand unified theory of idiocy? The "I'll drive exactly the speed limit in the left lane and every one else be damned" types may also be the people that spread themselves across an entire escalator so people can't get by them, spread across an entire sidewalk or hallway oblivious to others that may want to get by them, wait until they are at the counter paying to dig through their pockets/purse for a couple of pennies. The possibilities are endless.

You may want to add the NASCAR driver that weaves through traffic thinking he is Jeff Gordon's in-bred cousin. After almost causing ten wrecks, he still winds up a couple cars in front of you at the next exit.

edit: also add the dipshit that tailgates and looks agitated when you have absolutely no options to move over.
