PSA: Grape soda/pop drowns out the taste of alcohol

Looking to get buzzed/zonked quick and painless, and you are 1) wimp who doesnt like liquor or 2) can only afford the really cheap vodka

Mix it in 4 to 1 ratio with cheap grape pop/soda, and have at it... completely covers up the nasty taste.

How'd you discover this? And can anyone confirm it? Cuz if so, the date rape numbers in cities/areas around where ATOTers live may increase.

Its an interesting story.... I was spending New years at my mothers and they gave my friend and I sparking grape juice.... then later they gave us some vodka (we were underage)... It was too strong nasty so I dumped it in the soda, and OMG, i couldnt taste it barely at all.


My friend and I tried this again later back at college with a 1.5 L of Vodka and 3L of cheap grape sodapop, we finished off 3/4 of the 1.5, so we might have been mixing it in 3 to 1 ratio.... either way, he was not someone who normally drank vodka and he downed it fine and said he couldnt taste it either..

Come on at least if you are gonna buy the vodka that comes in the plastic bottle with the handle on it, you could at least splurge for some good grape soda.....not the ghetto style NuGrape.

Why ruin perfectly good whiskey? Coke + whisky = teh win

OTOH try coke + ameretto, its a little sweeter and the chicks tend to like it.

Ok. How about this...the only alcohol in my house is Guinness. What do I mix with that so I can't taste the beer?

Here's an idea. If you don't like the taste, don't drink it. But if you insist, the best drinks are the fruit punch type with rum and/or gin. Or buy a wine cooler.
