Anyway I sure hope Ted Turner's cook knows how to make garlic bread. By now Ted is looking to cut some costs.

I like garlic butter... don't really like the dried garlic you can sprinkle on it... just like the butter on bread toasted to a golden crispyness... (drool)

Anyone ever try pickled garlic cloves?

Damn is that shite good!

Roasted garlic is the bomb...

Chop the top of a whole head of garlic, drizzle w/ olive oil, salt & pepper. Bake at 350 for about 30 min. The cloves turn real soft and mild, just like butter. Just sqeeze them out and spread on some french bread. Yummm....



OMG, did I just give out a recipie on ATOT??? :Q
