PSA: Fry's Electronics's is not a franchise

lokiju

Lifer
I called Fry's corporate to see about doing a franchise and got turned down 🙁

I've been looking into franchise opportunitys and thought South FL could use a Fry's.

Bummer 🙁

yes its not. They don't have stock too. And they use a very old inventory tracking system that was created by one of the Fry's brothers.

The Fry's on Rosecrans and Sepulveda is an absolute pile of sh!t. Worst Fry's I've been in ever (and I've been to a few). I hate that one, but now that I live near it I have to go there. The one in Fountain Valley is like a heavenly sanctuary compared to the one I go to now.

yeah that one is sooooo small. All the newer ones are like giant warehouse sizes.

At least it isn't Microcenter... The only store in the world that has sale prices that match CompUSA's regular prices and a beat-up-POS-returned-item shelf that is more expensive that getting items brand new from the 'egg after shipping costs.

I just wish they would build a store here, I really dont give a crap what else they do, just build one here.

Fat chance, people here think CompUSA and BB are great.

they helped create one of the best deals in a LONG time like a few years ago. when you PM'd Them from bestbuy because MC had an 80gb HD 8mb for $149, no MIR's, and BB had it for $249 with $120 in MIR's so you got it down to $139 and then got $120 in rebates back.

and that was a few years ago.
