How can anyone prove that he brake checked you though?
If he braked that hard, I'd assume he'd have skid marks too. (pun intended)
Yeah but he could just say that something ran in front of him. Who's fault would it be if the person following couldn't stop safely behind him?
They were on a bridge!
I've seen dogs on bridges. :p

Anyway, I always thought it's your fault if you hit anybody in front of you, no matter how much sh*t of a driver he is.
You're supposed to run over the dog that instance.

EDIT: What if they back up into you?

I bet you couldn't even drive an 18 wheeler, let alone flip it onto another vehicle.

Don't forget he's good at evasive action! My guess is, even if EyeMWing was driving an 18-wheeler while tailgating a Mini Cooper S, and the Mini slammed on its brakes, Mr. EyeMWing would be able to flip the truck OVER the Mini Cooper and land on all 18 tires. He is THAT good.

Not quite. I could probably flip it over ONTO the Mini Cooper, and do the world a favor, but beyond that, I don't think so.

Of course you could. You are a mix of Xander, James Bond, the Terminator, Jack Bauer, Chuck Norris, Bruce Willis, Will Smith, and Madonna.

The only living things in this area are construction workers. A dog would have to walk up 3mi of jersey-walled single-lane road in either direction to get there. A truck would've cratered it WELL before that.

But yea, by default, it IS the following driver's fault - and that's why brake-checking fvckfaces do it. Because they know that if they get hit, they've done "nothing wrong" and can live off the other guy via lawsuits for the forseeable future.

More like James Bond and Madonna, really.

But you may wish to choose a better location than a banked bridge in a construction zone to lock up your brakes. After all, had I actually hit and gone through that flimsy jersey wall and fallen 60ft into traffic on my roof, you would be guilty of vehicular manslaughter. And don't even THINK you'd be able to get away, because there's a camera on this bridge, and the cops chill just down the road - and there's NOWHERE for you to go except right into their laps.

Honestly. I wasn't even on this guy's ass, and he stomped his brakes. I was back a good 4 carlengths, traveling the same speed. He decided that he really didn't actually want to drive at the speed limit, he wanted to stop. By the time I realized that the smoke coming from his tires was him STOPPING not just slowing considerably to be a dick, I was within 2 car lengths, and had only slowed to 3/4 of my initial speed. I ultimately came to rest, front corner up to the jersey wall, passenger door up to his rear corner, 2 traffic cones down.

E-Brake on, door open, and the guy FLOORS IT, and speeds off.

Asshole.

following too close? maybe? yeah. your stupidity != vehicular manslaughter.

not that it matters because like every other story you've told this is a lie.

Cry about it.

:p :D ;)

No, I'm quite used to people being fuckfaces on the road. And with any luck, he ruined 4 perfectly good tires (that bridge is surfaced in ****** that's like 0-grit sandpaper)

So your car hit the retaining wall as well and his car? I'm slightly confused.

Missed by less than an inch on both counts. If there had been contact, I wouldn't have let him slide, I would've followed him to the ends of the earth until a cop picked it up.

I did smack two traffic cones, though. No damage, since they were the soft rubber variety instead of those nasty plastic SOBs, and speeds were low enough to just push them out of the way instead of run them under.

woah. hold on, i feel it coming on.

E-THUG ALERT!!

it really is too bad you didn't fall to your death...

Well the bright side to the story is that there is always a chance tomorrow...

We can only hope...::sigh::

That's why I'm all for mandatory tamperproof dash cams, front and rear.

not being able to fit in a mini cooper doesn't mean that mini coopers are bad...

You could only be so lucky. It's ok, one day, my luck will run out. And none of you will ever notice my absence.

That will happen when you finally run out of stories.

You would have lost in court, had this actually happened.

Is your life so sad that you insist on fabricating reality? I had a friend like that once. He became so addicted to it that even he couldn't tell the difference between fiction and non-fiction.

There are two places to view the collective stupidity of the world:
- in a vehicle
- on the internet

I have a friend like you. He always has the most amazing stories of amazing encounters and incidents from when he is driving. Amazing how like, some people seem to attract all of the bad drivers to do stupid stuff around them. Odd that.

I for one take the view that he probably drives like a bit of a twat, and so when things happen, because he's following too close/too fast/being an ass, it all gets a bit dangerous.

Your case may be the same, who knows. More importantly, who cares.

Please explain also how you would flip an 18-wheeler over? Especially onto the car infront of you. Thanks.

The guy just stopped completely in the middle of the road for no reason?

OP, like others said, you sure have a lot of stories with twists, plots, actions, and more.... Why bother to watch soap opera while we can read ATOT posts :)
