PSA: DynDNS is shutting down FREE DDNS service

You know you guys can just install the windows or linux client for ddns right? There are some that will support any service.

I was using the dydns client on my freenas box. I think the router is blocking it.

im using no-ip.info and they have a client, but, even with it running, they want you to log into their website once every couple weeks. It's a pita.

Yeah, we kinda saw this coming. Dyndns.org was requiring people to log in monthly to avoid a free account shutdown for months now.
