PSA: Don't use the Precious Collection for your wedding invites

Piss poor customer service. Ordered 1/17, they sent them with spelling mistakes. Replacement order has wrong outer ink color. Replacement for THAT order is completely in wrong ink color. Now the stupid bitch is arguing with me saying that they are right. I have two other boxes sitting here with the RIGHT color....like I can't tell the difference between gray and black.

And they won't offer any other compensation. AND they stiffed us on the POS free gift.


Cliffs:

Company misprints invitations.
Company prints replacement in wrong ink color
Company prints more replacements in wrong color
Company argues with me that I am wrong.
Overall will take more than a month to fix (if they get it right this time)


They better hope thy get it right, or I'm doing a chargeback.

We printed our's ourselves. 🙂

My sisters used a local print shop. They got to "proof" the invite before it went into production.
