Surprised it took this long for it to show up here. My mom works at that shelter, and she was amazed she was holding that cat. It was shot with a BB gun and had it's tail amputated, and had surgery to fix it's one leg which is still damaged. She doesn't like being held by anyone and that reporter just grabbed her before they went on air. Because of that when she got whailed on the shelter got a bunch of calls by people asking what are they doing to their cats to make them so mean. Good job local news, really helped them out with that one.
