There was no way to know. You won't touch the GPU anyway if you are like most normal people. Big problem for those who do benchmarking for fun and need to swap GPUs regularly.Too bad for those idiots that got a new Asus motherboard in the past couple months.
Same and I'm glad too. I really like the feature, as my current options are to use a flathead screwdriver to push the tab down, or do it correctly by removing my HSF off of the CPU first on my MSI board due to lack of space available. On my ASUS board I just push the button and lift straight up; easy peasy.Looks like my older push button release isn't affected.
