PSA: don't order from Titanium Era

Ordered from them a month ago, and still have not received the item I purchased. After doing some research, it seems more than a few people have had similar issues. I bought our wedding rings from here about three years ago, and didn't have the slightest issue.

Still can't get anyone on the phone and BBB complaint has been filed.

Yeah, I bought from them just over two years ago, and even customized my ring design, and no problems.
