It's like having a huge hangover the next day at work, then having something suck the life out of you.

It actually hurts to be this tired and drained. Lifting eyelids is a monumental task... so is typing this thread. :(

Also don't have a party the night of a blood drive. Everclear + nicotine + low blood is a bad combo. (in the pics everyone looked half dead)

Seriosuly, be carefull. Less blood=higher blood alcohol ratio. It's no rumor, LOL.

I'd recommend Guiness

A:Yes. In England, post-operative patients used to be given Guinness, as were blood donors. Sadly, this is no longer the case in England. In Ireland, Guinness is still made available to blood donors and stomach and intestinal post-operative patients. Guinness is known to be high in iron content.


That last part may be rumor, not sure, but I have heard it more than once though.
