I don't know, I can state for a fact that I've driven at least 100 times either buzzed or high (probably 80-85% I was high). Never got into an accident or hit anyone or any of that. I knew I was inebriated, but I still had control. There were a few times when I knew that I absolutely could not drive and so I didn't.

I don't drink anymore, but nothing bad happened to bring that on.

Thanks. Can you create another thread on how you feel about the weather as well?

Are you somehow implying drinking and driving is an issue you should have a choice on? If so, I can't comprehend how many people have to lose their lives before people realise it's unsafe no matter how good you think you handle yourself.

You got all of that from what I said? Damn.
The OP has already talked about his accomplishment in his many other threads. I was referring to that when I said that he should be opening more threads. Let me point out that I also meant that sarcastically just in case you try to use your deducing powers on what I really trying to allude to.

Less than 15%. Soju itself is ~21%. I'm assuming you were at about 10% or lower :D

I have a little too much time on my hands...sorry about all the threads.

I also have a pretty good flame suit. I don't get offended too easily, so feel free to pop into any of my threads if you ever need to vent.

My point was simply that there are so many things that DUI's affect. Even after doing so much and working so hard, they still come back to haunt me. I don't mean to make it sound like I am ok with my past. I seriously mourned for 2 months for the people that I could have killed in the past. I made amends for my wrongs as best I could and I moved on to improving my life and trying to help educate others so they don't make the same mistakes I did. I am open about all the bad shit that has happened to me because so many people don't see the far reaching affects of alcoholism. It gets way worse than pissing off your buddies or hitting your wife. Then even after you quit drinking the struggles continue. It truly is an everyday battle.

I've always been a very slow learner and have had 3 DUIs.

My last was over 25 yrs ago, so I am improving.

20 years since my DUI. Insurance alone was triple in price. Back then it was more a slap on the hand then anything, now.... No Way!!!
