PSA: Doing the opposite of what a PSA decrees...

I hereby recommend tasering for all creators of parodies and/or needless PSAs. During said behavior modification therapy, "Or you're gonna get it again!" shall be shouted in a forceful manner.

The word needless should have appeared between "and/or" and "PSAs" (blame my poor proofreading).
