I worked at an eckard photo lab, and a CVS one. Eckard has 10x better machines, they can expect each picture and adjust it. I liked working in the Eckard photo lab alot better too, the CVS machine pretty much autos them out no checking them for balance of color or brightness.

Cliff Notes that aren't needed:

Take General pics to Eckard
Take pr0n pics to CVS.

Must have been an old machine. My Noritsu QSS-3011 pwns your Gretag!

Christmas is coming. 🙁

That means going through 1/3 mile of 4" paper per day. 🙁

Been there, done that. I worked in a 1 hour photo for about 2 years. It was a good job most of the time. There were plenty of times when people would fill out the envelope and leave it on the counter when we weren't looking. If they neglected to put a time on it, we just marked one hour from the time we noticed it sitting there and gave it the normal place in line.

How many rolls does your lab do in an average day?

40-80 orders.

My friend who worked for one of those 1 hour photo places saved a pic or two. She saved a side shot of some dude's hairy johnson.
