Just tested it with Win7 Pro 64-bit SP1. Set up NV drivers (have GTX460), set up BOINC with PrimeGrid (using CUDA). Then tried remoting in from another machine. It results in BOINC saying something like "GPU missing". Have to log off RDP, login locally, and then suspend and restart a GPU test to re-discover the GPU.

I also tried this once with XP Pro and Folding@Home, same deal, cannot use CUDA while logged in with RDP.

I did have some success with XP Pro and VNC, as long as you didn't load the "mirror driver".

i use LogMeIn to remote control my home computers from work and vice versa. i've never had a problem w/ GPU computing...of course this is remote control over the internet, not via RDP.

This effects gpu computing with AMD cards too, I beleive.

As sunny pointed out, you have to use another service that does not rely on rdp/terminal services to make this work. Windows live is one I use for remote PCs.
