Must of been a truck. And I know exactly how you feel. Hell, I choused a 1,000 dollar deductible because I would rather to pay for the damages myself then to even bother with the insurance companies.

If its not your fault you still wouldn't want to file a claim against your insurance to pay for it would you?

Then again I have a car worth maybe 3k so I don't know :D

If I claim a wooden nickel on my insurance my premium sky rockets.

Nope, not a truck, but a land yaght. 70's New Yorker. At less than 10 mph too, arg.

The problem isn't with my auto insurance, it's the other insurance company that is lagging while my car got a bumper thats about to fall off. Also got shoved into the 71 Dodge Pickup in front of me. Thats what causing problems, they want me liable for not defying physics and crashing into guy in front. Sigh, at least I get good use of my new bike now.

why are you riding a bike,that car is still driveable.

If your car is too old and then I'd prolly think twice before reporting to autopac as they'd prolly write it off. That's if the other party didn't suffer any human damages.
