PSA: Be very careful going down stairs after doing weighted squats.

One of my splits a while back when I was in college was chest-shoulders-tris. Freaking grueling. For a good laugh afterward I would head into the gym and try to knock down some long-range jumpers. If I drew iron I was overjoyed.

lol ive fallen down 20 or so stairs, sadly they were very hard plasic. Needless to say, quite painful

-Got crutches?
 
My legs are useless for a good four days after my weekly lower body routine. I still take the stairs, but at a very, very slow rate, with lots of "ouch"es and cursing in between.

im hurting right now from my leg day but after swimmin tonight i should be better
gotta stretch those suckers out
 
I started a decent work out routine from a mens fitness magazine about a month ago. Obviously squats were included and the day after I did them my legs were like noodles. Now it isn't so bad. I recover pretty quickly and my legs are only a little sore.
