Cliffs.... Real Estate Agent changes mind on light location and denys changing request to texture ceiling.
Refuses to pay bill in total despite extensive documents, notes and logs. Says I have no "esthetic sense."
We settle for a % of total.
I'm right and they're jerks, cause I got proof.
When some one walks into a meeting and the first thing out of their mouth is " I'm not trying to rip you off" they're right, becuase they're not trying they're doing.
If there's such a thing as a Judgement Day, I want it noted I let this guy go unscathed..... rat bastich sumnabitchh :evil:
