(Insert *rage post* here... I guess.)
Not that I care. I'm a "dirty miner". I could care less about murder simulators and casinos for children (Aka the current state of PC "Gaming" today.)
Ok, maybe there's still a few worthy indy titles, but those run on a Potato most of the time anyways. GT 710 anyone?
My reference to "murder simulators" wasn't in reference to the "heydeys" of gaming, but relative to current PC gaming.C'mon man, like Doom and Duke Nukem and Diablo and Wolfenstein and Quake and Half Life and Fallout 1-2 and so on weren't murder simulators in the heyday of PC gaming?
Wow, almost 3X the $599 MSRP.

PG gaming USED to be great. We had things like SimCity and Lemmings, etc.
Now it all just seems like FPS and games with lootboxes targeting children.
Anyways, that's one reason that I'm not much of a (PC) Gamer anymore.

-There is such a glut of incredible indie game content on Steam right now that easily matches some of the nostalgia inducing greats of the past.
Yes, the milsim jingoistic shooter porn genre is there for sure in the AAA space, but there has never been a better or more bountiful time for PC gamers to find something new in the genre they love.
Except for RTS games. That genre is ****ing dead man.

isnt 3080ti mining nerfed?
Wish I had traded up to a 1080Ti when the 2000 series was released (they dropped to ~$500), wouldn't be whining about getting a new card just yet.I have to be honest, I have always felt more than $500 for a video card was absolutely absurd.
Now I am starting to see value in it. Person who bought a 1080 at $600 five(?) years ago and still having a very competent 1080 card must feel nice.

My 1070 isn't enough for some new titles.
For $1700 each. Enjoy.
OK. Let's assume I just typed a mile-long rage-post about this. That would have felt good, but I'll skip it and ask a simple question: WHO TEH HELL IS BYUING HTESE FOR $1700+!?
