PS4 share problem

I don't understand why but Sony simply won't reply to me and I thought I'd have a better chance getting help here.
No matter what I do on the PS4, it never wants to allow me to share videos to my Youtube account. It just keeps making me log in over and over and over. It acts like it's fine and then asks again whenever I want to share. Can ANYone help me with this?
