Update includes HDR Gaming support for all models, support for adding games and some other apps into folders, a slightly different UI (not better or worse to me), a new quick menu(holding the PS button) and share menu, changes to the trophy system (offline mode available) and the ability to show a hidden trophy, and new user profile info window.
I also want to confirm that the HDR update is not for video streaming like Netflix and Amazon. We have to wait for the Pro to do that. The settings have an option to turn HDR on or off but the resolution is still limited to 1080p which only allows you to stream HD and not the UHD 4k HDR titles. I assume the HDMI port in the current models isn't compliant with the required specs and their HDR implementation doesn't require HDMI 2.0a or HDCP.
