PS4 broke my Kraken 7.1 Chroma?

Hello all, quite new here.

Yesterday I had plugged in my Kraken 7.1 Chroma to my PS4 because it said it was PS4 compatible. After I was done trying to get it to work on PS4, I took it out and plugged it back into my PC, where Windows didn't pick it up anymore but Razer Synapse did. I reinstalled Synapse and the Razer drivers three times with no luck.

Is this a software problem, or a hardware problem?
 
Sounds like software if it works on the PS4. Did you plug in back into the same USB port?
