PS3 versus XBOX360

I've got loads of free time these days and after seeing a few next-gen games in action, I'm keen on picking up a system. Does either offer an advantage over the other? Should I just buy both?

Help me out.

I have a 360, but want a PS3.... both are about equal in power. 360 has better titles because it's been out longer.
