I'm looking for a gamepad that is exactly like the Playstation control, I know you can use the PS3 control but was told its a PITA to setup.

This is the best that I have seen...really, the only one. Sadly, I hate that style of d-pad. But I want the sticks to be one next to the other.

Checked Logitech store, Razer store and Mad Catz "GameShark" store.

Any gamepads that you guys know like the one I'm looking for? Price is no concern. And is setting up PS3 controls really that bad? Rant: Why won't Sony just make it "plug and play" ='/

EDIT: Found this, http://store.gameshark.com/viewItem.asp?idProduct=5269&idCategory=96 Would getting this be the best choice? Should work perfectly on the PC since its for the 360, and I can switch the buttons around. Thoughts?

I think the MLG controller is expensive, but it'll work. I think your best bet is getting the xbox 360 controller for windows or a wired xbox 360 controller. It is more supported.

The PS3 controller communicates via bluetooth and there is no real driver for it on PC. There are hacks that work fine. You can read how to do it here.

Is there a specific reason you must have the PS3 layout? Just preference?

Yeah, I just like the PS3 layout. But, I don't know about that price. I'll look around for more. Thanks.
