PS3 Racing games with Split screen?

Just got a PS3 and don't have any games to play.
Looking for racing games, really like the way motorstorm apocalypse looks.

Anything else that compares to this?

Also, very interested in games that allow split screen / 2 player competitions?

Motorstorm is arcadey so you probably won't like Gran Turismo. Try Need for Speed games or even Wipeout.

This. I absolutely love this game. It does not get old. Plus, you can play split-screen online as well. Add in the custom tracks and you can have hours and hours of play without ever seeing the same track twice.
