Hi, I sometimes browse the web from my PS3 but I just today noticed that you had to be signed into the PSN to do so. Does this mean SONY is tracking all the websites you visit ? Could this possibly lead to being banned from PSN for visiting certain websites or not allowed to play certain web games ? Anyways just noticed it today and was wondering about it.

 
I've never heard of a Foobies visit getting you banned from PSN, or of Sony collecting browsing history for evildoings.

There are enough tinfoil hat wearing packet-sniffer owners out there that we'd probably know of any shenannigans after 1.75 years of use.
