It's ok. We'll give them a year to work out all the hardware kinks like MS did with the 360. :)

All the stores learned they can make a larger profit on ebay --so of course all those PS3 pre-orders went in minutes :)

Seriously, why would they sell them retail? Apart from laws... lol

I could care less honestly.

Dude, there is cash to be had. Ebay FTW

Scammers FTL

besides, I don't have money to even buy one to begin with anyway, and I don't have enough ebay feedback to make people want to trust me enough (I've only bought a few things on there).

I might be in the minority here, but I think selling a launch console on eBay is pretty low. Sure, it's legal, but you're depriving someone from buying the console at retail price.

Since tons of people are going to do it anyway, I'd love to see so many on eBay that it drives the price down to retail. It probably won't happen, but it would put a big smile on my face to see people lose money by selling it on eBay. :)

I got in on the preorder and may sell on eBay. Why do I not feel like scum? Because I spent time to research and execute my plan to get one. Ingenuity and effort is often rewarded and it hopefully will be in this case. I plan on buying another one for myself at a later date.

Plus this puts more money in the economy which in turn helps the economy. :)

Preorder or wait in line for hours in front of a department store the day before launch. Research complete. Don't make it sound harder than it actually is :)
