PS3 HDMI Ouptut Stopped Working After 8 Months?

So I was using my PS3 last night just fine through HDMI @ 1080i. I boot it up tonight and I get no audio or video. I get sound and video through composite and the HDMI cable works fine with my cable box. It gets the correct resolution from the PS3, as it showed 480p after doing a hard reboot of the system to clear the video settings. Anyone have any ideas?

No output at all via HDMI. I'm calling Sony right now.

Looks like I'm getting a replacement. I wish I could just exchange it locally.

I take that back. I just did a full wipe of the hard drive and my PS3 is now working fine. I guess something happened to the settings that even clearing them didn't fix.
