Report the asshole for shill bidding. Ebay does take that very seriously, but they usually just slap the offender on the wrist and remove their listings for a couple of days.

And the fact that the same person bid 3 times in a row and then the next one beat it by $600.

(never used ebay so maybe I read the history wrong?)

When the PS3 came out, I sold my place in line for $800. Some chick bought my place and my roommates. So she spent $2800 on two PS3s.

Yep, you're reading it wrong. Basically that means that the one person (3 times in a row) set their max bid above what someone else came in and bid on it... so they outbid that person immediately.

I bid a max of $300.
Bid started at $200.
Joker comes in and bids $210.
Bidding history would show only me bidding again at $211 (or some other close amount)

Actually it is. It says 60GB PS3, the one they don't make anymore with hardware B/C.
