Already up to $1675. I was able to get in on the preorder but I had planned on keeping it. I may have to rethink my situation.

This is NOT my auction fwiw.
 
I would guess that this will get cancelled, and based on the bid history, the bids are probably not legit, anyway.
 
If you actually read the information included in the auction, they tell you the circumstances under which a user is allowed to post a PS3 pre-sell auction.

I tried to find those rules somewhere on the ebay site and couldn't.
