The rule is it has to be cheaper then MSRP (299) or it's not hot.. in fact, it's more expensive then what e8ay sells it for. You should check playstation.com, they have it there sometimes for 299

It is just the unit as it comes in the store, but if you are desperate it beats out a lot of places and with e-bay you never know it is legit. This was an actual B&M

$399, in Dallas? What a joke. I walked into 3 CompUSAs in the Dallas area in the past week, and EACH ONE had at least 3 PS2s in stock that they were willing to part with for $299.

This is a bum deal in the Dallas area, don't go for it folks.

I agree, this is not even a deal at all. I saw several PS2's at retail $299 in local stores in my area. It's time to get back to reality
