PS2 wireless? Cheap? How?

I am looking to use qcast (now Gameshark Media Player) to stream music and movies to my HT setup via my PS2.

Option 1) Punch a hole in the wall and run a cable from the bedroom to the living room.
Option 2) Find out how to get the PS2 on my wireless network.

I could probably get a Linksys bridge, but that's like $90 on top of the PS2 network adapter.

Does anyone have their PS2 on a wireless network?

No, but I have my X-Box using a 802.11g bridge. Works fine and can just barely stream video. Meaning it is capable but it's pushing it.

Seems like a waste to me when a DVD player is so cheap now...

I have a HTPC rig with a DVD player that's awesome. Plus I have a great DVD player. Plus I have a PS2. LoL

I actually bought that linksys one you posted when it first came out but didn't have problems with it until the second week I had it. I actually returned the linksys bridge and went out a bought a netgear bridge for $79 a week later and have had no problem with it since, I'm pretty sure it's cheaper now. Bridges work fine and you should'nt spend more then $80 on one for the ps2.
