PS2 => USB Adapter (NOT Y-cable)

Anyone know where I can find PS2/USB adapters that look like this stateside? There are plenty of these Y-adapters for $20-30, but I just need an adapter that is similar to the one that shipped with the MS Elite KB, PS2 Female -> USB Male.

i have a lot of the one that shiped with the ms keyboard, the natural elite keyboard, new unused, no one in our office like usb.. so I can give you like 2-3 for 3.50 usps shipped... pm me...
