PS2 Questions

Ok, here's my situation. I just bought a used PS2. I put in a DVD (Gone In Sixty Seconds) and it tells me that the parental controls do not allow such a movie to be played. It then asks for an access code. Is there some sort of generic code I can enter or is there a way to reset these controls without the code? Thanks.

Read the manual but there is an option to disable that password thing. Somewhere in the options. Sorry, it's been awhile since I did so myself.

Can just click 0000 or somethin. That's what I did for awhile

When it prompts you for the PW, press select, and enter 7444. The PW should be erased.

Thanks everyone. Ill try the 7844 as soon as the movie is done. I was able to get it to play by typing in 0000 several times.
