Could it be? I am hearing that only 500,000 PS2s will be delivered to the US, surely that's not enough for all the retail stores and online stores!? Will my 4-month-ago pre-order be good? Or will the PS2 not arrive? Someone help me out :D I'm-a-hurtin'!

I heard that same thign too. If you preordered it, you shouldnt have to worry. I think that there just wont be very many for people who didnt preorder

Only the people that pre-ordered and payed in FULL have even a CHANCE of getting one.

I expect a spike in Dreamcast sales this winter.

Yea, Dreamcast will probably lower the price and sales will go up. I just want to get my hands on PS2 as everyone else does, I don't wanna be left out :(

Oh stop advertising your thread you dumb "member." Anyway, doesn't matter if you ordered Feb 2, unless the site you got from is a first-come-first-server basis. I ordered mine 4 months ago from OutPost.com

Well by using the search function you'll notice his thread was started before yours. Either way I don't care becuase PS2 isn't gonna be anything special until next year.

I not competing, people were asking questions... I had posted some info with answers.

Pre-orders from any date can be bumped by someone who pre-pays. Anyone who is relying soley on thier $10 down even many months back may be in for some disappointment.


Just trying to help out any fellow PS2 fans in OT...

I just talked to my OutPost.com guys. No help there :) They said, &quot;You can call back on October 26th and see if your PS2 has shipped.&quot; Freakin' pissing me off..
