I was thinking about buying a adapter to run my PS2 to my 19" widescreen monitor. I have a older 27" TV thats 8 years old and I would just like to have better quality display to play on. I know they make a VGA adapter but how would the games look on a widescreen? Would they be stretched?

Also is there a DVI converter?

Set your monitor to aspect. It should auto detect the PS2 resolution and adjust so that it won't be stretched.

I dont think that's PS/2 connection, it is most likely an S-Video connector (probably Input). They look SIMILAR but are completly differant.

This question should be in the general hardware section.
