PS2 emulation on the PS4

My favorite line in that article is "the only way to play is with the original PS3 or PSNOW." Yea..because people haven't been emulating PS2 on PC for years. I just play it there with my original discs.

Or one of the 150million PS2s that exist.

Still nice to see. Supposedly are running 4x resolution at near 60fps on the Star Wars games. I'm trying to remember any particular games that I'd want to go back and play that haven't received other updates, so this could be limited (although I'm liking that they're taking it into consideration, that might help us if they try to do that as they make games which would make being able to play them in the future easier).

I still have a stack of about 30 games to go through lol. My PS2 still works fine and I actually dumped them all to a HD config but instead started playing them on the emu.

I'd like to see pictures of the 4x res. Textures may not look good, but otherwise. I think the last Dragon Quest (8) I played was on PS2 and the graphics were fantastic.

I thought PS2 emulation on PS4 was limited to new purchases (not able to run your existing discs)?
