I have an 8KDA3+, and that board is just an upgrade from mine. Mine is stable, but the down side is that there are some odd memory speed restrictions on the DIMMS. The board doesn't like having DDR400 in all three DIMMS running at DDR400. I have to run mine at DDR333 or I get random lockups. But they might've fixed that issue with that board.
The little display on there is great for resolving post issues. It's saved me a few times when I was dinking around with memory timings.
