PS recommendation

I'm planning to have built for me in a local computer shop the following system to be used by my wife for Photoshop.
One expert on another forum commented about my Corsair PS selection: "The 850 W PSU with the 550 Ti is also very disproportional."
Would the Anandtech experts recommend different PS?

Wait, this build is just for photoshop? No gaming, no 3D modelling?

To answer your question, the PSU is about twice as powerful as needed for the described setup.
