PS needed for o/c duron or tbird

What PS you guys use for overclocking a Duron or Tbird? I got a SX1030 right now, 2 HDs, DVD drive, CDRW. You guys think the 300W PS that came with the sx1030 will be good enough?

The Antec Pp303X will do fine for your duron/t-bird.
