PS & Motherboard compatability question

Broken link for your mobo, but there's a very good chance that will run your mobo, 3 graphics cards, and the kitchen sink. 😛 (In other words, it's probably over-powered, but will work fine.)

If you're wondering about the "Haswell compatibility" issue, don't worry. That only comes up with sleep states that are rarely used except on laptops.
