The only way to get readings from the PSU fan(s) is if they have a 3-pin header coming out of the unit that you would attach to your motherboard. Antecs have this feature, but the fans never speed up or slow down, even though they're "thermally controlled." Sometimes the reading is so low (below 1400 rpm) that it doesn't even register. I know the fan is spinning, so I don't pay attention to it.
