Will the Antec Sonata with 380W true power be sufficient for a setup with 2 optical drives, 2 HD and the Barton with the Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe.

Shouldn't have a problem...I have a Lanboy with the 350w trueblue, system is: 2500+ @ 2ghz (limited by ram), 512mb pc3000 KHX, 3 HDD's (1x160gb, 1x80gb, 1x30gb), 52x liteon burner, and liteon dvd burner, rad 9800pro.....etc, you will have sufficient power to run all you stuff and more!
