PS Fan died....Advice please

I have an antec 1030B case with 4 fans...2 in 2 out...running an athlon clocked at 1066 w/swiftech mc462....So, cpu heat is no problem...as you can imagine..this case offer superior air flow so case is pretty cool...however, my antec 400watt fan just died yesterday..i've been running this pc with no power supply fan the whole day today nonstop...everything seems fine...Is it safe to continue running like this or should i just add in another fan...i'm not very thrill at opening ps up...
 
You should check with Antec to see if there's any sort of warranty on the power supply. (You may be able to RMA it.) In the meantime, go buy a replacement.
