PS and cable length(s)

With the current trend of case manufacturers positioning the power supply at the bottom of the case. One of the big problems, I have been facing is that the 20/24 pin power cable and the 4/8 pin cpu power source cables are not quite long enough to reach their connection points. Which power supplies should I be looking at that allow me to route the cables (for better air flow and looks)?

I don't remember having any issues with cable length of a PSU even with it installed in a Corsair 600T. I even routed all of the cables at the back to remove most of the cable clutter. Would be a different matter though if you're talking about the HAF X. :hmm:

You could always buy cable extension which would provide the extra inches that you want. NZXT produces them and would give a better look to your case and extend your cables at the same time. Gives your rig that MDPC look without having to DIY sleeve every single cable.
