PS 4 newb - Battlefront Deluxe Edition - getting unlocks

Never played with my PS 4 much but I just bought Battlefront to play with friends. I got the deluxe Edition which is supposed to come with some unlocks. How do I get those?

By the way, before I could play multiplayer it made me sign up for sone service it said was required. I clicked on 2 day free trial. After that do I have to pay to play online?
 
To play online you have to subscribe to PS+. It's not free

Bonuses are usually tied to codes that either some in the game box (where the game manuals used to be) or possibly printed on your receipt for some stores. You may have been emailed codes if you bought it through Amazon. I'm not positive is this is true for this game, that's just how it usually works.

Also, if you're playing the same game on the same system with friends, they could probably get you answers faster than here.
