PS/2 Port stopped working

Recently, my PS/2 ports and USB ports on my motherboard stopped working the way they should. I have to keep wiggling the cables until it's just right to get the computer to recognize they're there, as if the jacks were loose or something. In fact, my PS/2 just stopped working all together the other day (and if the cables in my USB move even the slightest bit, they won't be recognized).

Is there any way to fix this? Any screws that maybe I need to tighten? I looked on my mobo but the PS/2 and USB ports look like there stuck on the motherboard with no way into them.

Luckily, I have a 4 USB PCI card that I'm using right now. But I can't get into BIOS without my keyboard in PS/2. If anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated.
